More and more people is relying more towards the weighing scale. If they see a huge number, they start to freak out and instantly thinks they’re fat just because they’re gaining weight. Then suddenly it causes depression -_-. (For those who are SKINNY.) Ever heard of MUSCLES? Consider the fact that muscles weigh more then fat. In my own opionion, I don’t pay attention to the number of pounds I weigh. As long as you’re keeping your body fit and in good shape then it’s all good. You can be like 170+ and still be skinny.
